The biennial 2023 Southeast Regional IDeA Conference, which will be held September 15-17, 2023, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center and the Pastides Alumni Center – both in Columbia, South Carolina, typically brings together over 400 biomedical and data science researchers from Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Puerto Rico, South Carolina and West Virginia, as well as representatives from the National Institutes of Health (our funding agency) and other affiliate organizations.
But events like this can be expensive, and to make sure our operations run smoothly and the registration price remains affordable, we need your help. Your sponsorship dollars will go towards helping us cover the costs associated with putting on an event of this scale and ensure that students, especially the future biomedical workforce in South Carolina, can attend and benefit from this meeting. Your sponsorship will support a variety of meeting essentials from production of meeting materials, event space expenses, receptions/catering, giveaways and more.
If you choose to sponsor our event, we will offer you a chance to reach attendees via exhibit hall booths, registration tickets, your logo on promotional materials, with exposure based on the magnitude of your sponsorship.
