SC INBRE has made available funds to assist in travel to the 2024 biennial National IDeA Symposium of Biomedical Research Excellence (NISBRE), June 16-19, in Washington, DC. The limited number of travel awards may be used towards covering registration, lodging and/or travel.
You are eligible to apply if you meet all of the following criteria:
You are submitting an abstract for presentation (poster or talk) at the Symposium.
You are a STUDENT (high school, undergraduate or graduate) who has received SC INBRE funding – institutional funds, Bioinformation Pilot Project Program (BIPP), Developmental Research Project Program (DRP), or Student-Initiated Research Project Program (SIRP).
Up to 24 awards of up to $1,000 each will be made.
ONLY ONE presenter per abstract may apply for a travel award.
Travel award applications will be considered until funds run out.
DEADLINE EXTENDED: Applications close 11:59 pm, April 8, 2024.
