Additional Opportunities

SC INBRE Bioinformatics Core provides bioinformatics and data science services and educational training, as well as funding opportunities, for faculty, staff and students.

Clemson University Genomics and Bioinformatics Facility helps investigators use the latest genomics technologies in their research.

Instrumentation Resource Facility, funded in part by SC INBRE, provide state-of-the-art biomedical research instrumentation for use in the USC SOM and USC main campus research environments. As time and resources permit, outside use of the facility is also permitted and encouraged.

Microarray Core, funded in part by SC INBRE, offers state-of-the-art facility that conducts gene expression profiling to monitor the levels of expression of all genes in the genome.

USC School of Medicine Columbia Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program students work closely with a mentor who will help expand research skills, get published in scientific journals and present at conferences. 

Molecular Analytics Core, funded in part by SC INBRE, provides investigators with expertise, instrumentation, training, and services for a range of molecular technologies. Core is located at MUSC.

The Pipette Solution is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited and nationally certified, woman-owned small business that performs pipette calibrations and repairs. On-site and mail-in services are available for your convenience.

Claflin University Molecular Science Research Center houses the second largest Nuclear Magnetic Resonance in the state of South Carolina, a 700 MHz Bruker NMR. SC INBRE has been a supporter of the facility.
